Terms & Conditions
By booking a trip with Tropicana Travel, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted all the conditions stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These conditions form an integral part of any contract, quote, or correspondence between Tropicana Travel and the Client.
1. Price and Validity
All prices indicated in our offers are expressed in Euros (€) or US Dollars (USD).
Tropicana Travel guarantees the rates mentioned in the quotes, invoices, or documents provided to the Client.
However, these rates may be revised at any time, with or without prior notification, in the event of force majeure (significant exchange rate fluctuations, tax modifications, enactment of new State taxes, etc.).
2. Reservation and Confirmation
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit:
- 20% of the total amount for 3★ packages
- 30 to 40% for 4★ and 5★ packages
- 100% for excursions lasting less than 3 days
The balance must be paid upon the Client's arrival, unless otherwise indicated in the quote.
For bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment or a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
Should the balance not be paid within the specified period, Tropicana Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
An invoice in the Client's name will be sent via email after the services are confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, traveler's check, or cash.
All bank fees or commissions are the responsibility of the Client.

4. Cancellation
4.1. Cancellation by the Client
In case of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the following fees apply:

| More than 45 days | 50 USD/person + flight fees (if applicable) |
| 31 - 45 days | 5% of the total price |
| 11 - 30 days | 10% of the total price |
| 1 - 10 days | 20% of the total price |
| During the trip | 100% of the total price |
Flight cancellation fees will be communicated separately.
Bank fees related to the refund are the responsibility of the Client.
4.2. Cancellation by Tropicana
In the event of force majeure (political conditions, natural disasters, pandemic, war, etc.), Tropicana Travel may cancel the confirmed trip.
In this case, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or appropriate modifications will be proposed by mutual agreement.
5. Insurance
Tropicana Travel does not include insurance in its services.
We strongly recommend that our Clients purchase travel insurance before departure.
However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service providers if needed.
6. Liability
Tropicana Travel undertakes to execute all agreed services in accordance with the contract.
The Client agrees to comply with the instructions and regulations communicated by the guides or service providers.
Tropicana cannot be held responsible for activities, incidents, or expenses outside the scope of the contractual program.
7. Claims and Disputes
Any claim must be made in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
Both parties shall strive to resolve any dispute amicably.
In the event of a dispute, only the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), shall have jurisdiction.
In accordance with the Vietnamese Law on Tourism (2001), Tropicana Travel has deposited a guarantee capital of 500,000,000 VND, exclusively intended to compensate Clients in the event of contractual default.
